FLAVIO G. ROCHA
Dr. Rocha is the Hedinger Professor of Surgery and Division Head of Surgical Oncology at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). He also serves as the Physician-in-Chief of the Knight Cancer Institute, an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. He completed his general surgery residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston followed by fellowships in surgical oncology and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. His practice encompasses all aspects of benign and malignant disease of the liver, pancreas and bile ducts. Among his many administrative appointments, he serves as Hepatobiliary Subcommittee Chair at SSAT and surgical lead of the International Cholangiocarcinoma Research Network.
