Laparoscopic left lobectomy with caudate lobe resection and hilar lymphadenectomy

Resumo

This is a case of a 66 year old patient in a follow up surveillance for luminal breast cancer who developed abdominal pain , nausea and vomiting . Work up investigation shown high level of liver transaminases and a small focal lesion of 15mm with dilation of the left biliary three in MRI. Patient were scheduled for Surgery.
Postoperative was uneventful , patient was discharged at day 3. Biliary fistula was developed and treated with surgical abdominal drain , without need of further intervention .Adjuvant chemotherapy was initiated at 7 weeks from surgery .
