Introdução

In December 2019 in China a highly contagious virus, COVID-19, was discovered. In January 2020, this issue became the main theme in all information vehicles. As a result of the speed of dissemination, World Health Organization (WHO) declared the situation a pandemic. The progress of the pandemic has posed serious challenges in the treatment of cancer patients worldwide, as they are patients considered immunosuppressive. At the beginning of the outbreak discontinuation or postponement of non-urgent treatments were considered.
