Karim Touijer is an Attending Surgeon at Memorial Sloan‐Kettering Cancer and Professor of Urology at The Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York. Dr Touijer is an expert in the use of advanced laparoscopic /robotic surgical techniques to treat patients with genito‐urinary cancers.  Dr Touijer’s clinical research focuses on the development of innovative minimally invasive techniques, image guided interventions.  His translational research is dedicated to the study of lymph node metastasis in prostate cancer, including the optimization of the role of surgery and development of novel molecular imaging tracers to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
